John Ware, American trumpeter, played in the Army Band program in WWII, principal in the Buffalo Philharmonic, principal of the Dallas Symphony, third/assistant principal (later associate principal and later co-principal) in the New York Philharmonic, teacher at Mannes and the Manhattan School of Music, born in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
