Bert Brown, American cornetist, studied with Louis Boos and played in the Boos band (1887-89), played in the Euclid Avenue Opera House, member of the 1893 World’s Fair Band, first cornet in the Adolph Rosenbecker Symphony Orchestra, member of Arthur Pryor’s band (1906-17), assistant solo cornet in Sousa’s band, died in Miami, Florida.
