Emil Keneke, American cornetist and trumpeter, principal trumpet with the Warsaw Symphony Orchestra, immigrated to U.S. to play in various bands in New England, worked for recording companies as staff musician, member of the Victor Brass Quartet, recorded baroque obligato arias (1906), played in Sousa’s band in 1909, born in Magdeburg, Germany.
