Philip Biggs, British cornetist, studied electronics in college, founded and directed the Philip Biggs Brass Festivals (1996), manager of the 1997 European Brass Band Festival, hosted the 2002 ITG Conference, launched The Brass Herald in 2003, born in Cambridge, England.
