Louis-Antoine Saint-Jacome, French cornetist, studied at the Paris Conservatory with Dauverné, joined the Chasseurs à Cheval de la Garde Impériale (1855-8), moved to England as member of the orchestra at the Alhambra in London, in 1870, as arranger for La Fleur, a London publishing company, wrote his Grand Method for Cornet, born in Paris, France.
