Charles Gorham, American trumpeter, served in the U.S. Air Force Band in Washington, D.C. during the Korean War, taught at Baldwin-Wallace College Conservatory in Cleveland, faculty at Indiana University (starting in 1961), chair of the brass department in 1969, cofounded the International Trumpet Guild with Robert Nagel in 1973, born in Atlanta, Georgia.
