Emile Trognée, Belgian trumpeter and cornetist, played with the Helsinki Orchestral Society, recital cornet soloist touring Germany and France, won a solo competition, became member of the St. Petersburg/Leningrad Opera Orchestra at the Mariinsky Theatre, taught at the Baltic Fleet music school and the Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory, died in Leningrad, Russia.
