Dennis Gonzáles, American jazz trumpeter, taught public schools in the Dallas area while maintaining a presence in the national and international jazz scene, hosted a radio show called Miles Out for KERA-FM in Dallas for 21 years, written and published two books of poems, fluent in six languages, born in Abilene, Texas.
