Bill Coleman, American trumpeter, played with JC Higginbotham, Edgar Courance, and Clarence Paige, played in the Zack Whyte Orchestra, moved to NYC in 1927 and played with Lloyd and Cecil Scott, joined Luis Russell’s band, later Ralph Cooper’s Kongo Knights, toured France and Monte Carlo with Lucky Millinder, Freddy Taylor, Willie Lewis and leader of the Harlem Rhythm Masters, died in Toulouse, France.
