Franz Neugebauer, German trumpeter, recording artist, principal of the Municipal Opera, principal of the Gürzenich-Orchestra in Cologne, taught at the State Hochschule für Music, after WWII, eventually became principal of the Symphony Orch of West German Radio in Cologne, taught at the Folkwang Musikhochschule in Essen, born in Waltersdorf, Germany.
