Leon Handzlik, American cornetist, at 17 was cornet soloist with the Homestead Carnegie Library Band in Pennsylvania, toured with Sousa, Innes, Pryor, performed at the 1915 World’s Fair in San Francisco, soloist with the Panama Pacific Exposition Band, played in the 41st Division Band of the Pacific, led military bands in Portland, born in Warsaw, Poland.
