Ivo Preis, Czech trumpeter, member of the Karel Vlach and Karel Krautgartner big bands, played in the motion picture orchestra of Prague, principal of the Prague Symph Orch in 1964, fled to West Germany, played principal in the Hessian Radio Orch, toured Japan with the Stuttgart Bach Collegium, born in Prague, Czechoslovakia.
