Luis Ortiz, Puerto Rican trumpeter, composer and producer, guest soloist with the Puerto Rican Symphony Orch at 18, moved to NYC and worked with many important stars, released dozens of albums, founded Dialen Promotions in 1988, founded Luis Ortiz Productions in 1993, born in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
